Hi, I'm Jennifer.
Wife, Mom and Health Coach
I started my health coaching practice because I was angry. I had finally had enough of the snake oil peddlers, shitty weight loss programs, dubious products, shady fitness coaches, and everybody else taking advantage of women; no thanks to the unhealthy relationship we have with our bodies. There's so much misleading information out there, and I felt there had to be a voice, no matter how faint, fighting the good fight, and providing women with an evidence-based approach to behavior change, while teaching them to honor their bodies for what it's done and everything it is capable of doing. My hope with this practice is to provide you with compassionate guidance and sound information to find the freedom that comes with deep health. No more ridiculous meal plans or one-size-fits-all programs that don't take your unique experiences into consideration. Just me, deeply committed to helping you find peace with your body, food, health, and life.


My Coaching Philosophy.
I have none at all. Totally Mutable.
I have no coaching template or preferred eating style and I don't make any promises to get you ripped within a time frame. Gosh! am I sick death of diets, and I bet you are too, which is why I don't prescribe or use meal plans, and most importantly, I'm not here to give you any more rules. I just want to help you achieve your health goals, whatever that means to you. When you work with me, you're working with a blank slate. My job is to help you structure and/or reframe your goals (if necessary) and guide you on your journey to loving yourself more which ultimately equates to treating yourself better. No judgment; No bullying; Only compassion and kindness. As for losing weight, I believe that's something that happens when everything else is in order. To give you my absolute best, I prefer to work with only a handful of awesome women.
