Service Description
Pregnancy is a time in a woman's life when she's most willing to embrace a healthier lifestyle to ensure her baby comes out healthy and bright. Sadly, there's a lot of misconception around prenatal fitness, limiting women to taking slow walks down the street. While some pregnancies can be challenging and may require a more gentle approach to exercise, most pregnancies are just another day in a woman's life, with a few discomforts here and there, and as such, shouldn't be treated like a disease condition. We'll work together to keep you moving throughout your pregnancy and after your baby is born, making adjustments as necessary. Whatever your goals are, I'll work with you to help you achieve them in a loving and compassionate way.
